2. Client Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where the provision of our services is legally permissible. Fullerton Markets does not offer services to residents of certain restricted jurisdictions.

• You act as principal and not as an agent or representative on behalf of a third party.
• All information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

3. Trading Conditions & Execution

We provide access to trade via the MetaTrader platforms and other proprietary software. We act as a straight-through processing (STP) / Electronic Communication Network (ECN) broker. Market volatility may affect the execution price of your orders, and slippage may occur during high-impact news events.

4. Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for securing your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed authorized by you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
